All publications on KFR Gateway are provided free of charge. No fee is payable, no payment is taken through this website, and we do not collect, process, or store payment details of any kind.
To download the full PDF of a publication you complete a short request form on the relevant document page, providing your email address and organisation. The details you submit are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Completing the form is voluntary; you may instead request a publication by email.
You may send an enquiry to H&S Partners through the advisory form on this website. Sending an enquiry, and any reply we give to it, does not create a lawyer–client relationship, and no fee is incurred unless and until an engagement is agreed in writing on separate terms.
